Frequencies

• 2 Active Frequencies for Direct Connect and Inductive Locating:
  1. 82KHz (High) for locating street light cables and metallic pipelines with insulated joints or non-conductive fittings.
  2. 9.8KHz (Medium) for locating pipelines with cathodic protection, coated pipes, uncoated pipes (depending on condition), power and telephone cables.
• 2 Passive Frequencies:
1. 50Hz for Locating Buried Electric cables that are drawing current.
2. 14 – 22KHz – for blind Searches.
