The Accusolids is a system for measuring the suspended solids concentration in waste water or process liquids.

It measures solids using a multiple-beam photometer probe. The solids measurement is calculated from a combination of the results from different paths, compensating for both ambient light and temperature.

The standard submersible Accusolids probe has a 1 1/4” mounting thread and a 6m cable (which can be extended to 90m). It is suitable for open water, drains, pits and vessels. It is thermal shock proof and rated at 0-100⁰C continuous.

The display can be calibrated to any range or units, including: % concentration, turbidity units, and g/L.

The 4-20mA output can be set to any scale over the full range.

The two relay outputs can be independently configured as alarms or fault warnings. It has an IP65 Surface Mount or DIN Rail Mounting enclosure.

The Accusolids has a 32 character LCD display allowing all options to be accessed in a user-friendly manner. Calibration can be performed with 3 button presses on any sample at any time.

The optional RS485 digital communications supports MODBUS output and configuration.
