Palmer LMic  and Lmic-i Leak detectors - The industry standard for water leak detection

The Palmer LMic is an easy-to-use low cost, electronic listening stick and ground microphone combined for use in leak detection.  It is ideal for general leak detection operations and can be fitted with either a tripod foot or probe rods.  The control unit is hand-held with a "trigger" operation and volume/sensitivity rotary control. It's simple functionality allows the leak detector to concentrate on finding the source of water leaks.

The Palmer LMic is the choice of the professional leak detector and is used for locating water leaks in council water networks, industrial and commercial premises as well as by plumbers investigating leakage in domestic properties.

Palmer have now released the NEW Lmic-i version of the Lmic listening stick for water leak detection. This version has extra insulation in the form of an isolating block between the rods and the microphone, and heavy duty insulation on the rods. It can also be ordered with upgraded 'Peltor' headphones which cut out all external sound.
